Welcome to Vogushop. We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Below you will find the details of our Shipping Policy, including processing times, estimated delivery windows, and tracking information.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. During peak holiday seasons or high-volume promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Estimates & Rates

We offer worldwide shipping to major destinations, including the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery windows are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures, local postal delays, or unforeseen logistical bottlenecks.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to track your package. Tracking updates usually become active within 24–48 hours after the shipment label is generated.

You can track your package directly through our website tracking page or via international tracking services (such as 17track) using the provided tracking code.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Vogushop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us because a customer refuses to pay customs duties or taxes, any return fees or original shipping fees incurred will be deducted from the customer's refund.

5. Incorrect Address & Lost Packages

Please review and verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Vogushop is not responsible for shipments that are misdelivered or returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided by the buyer.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors first. If the package remains missing, contact our support team within 7 days of the reported delivery date.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please provide a valid physical residential or business address to ensure smooth delivery.
