Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Vogushop. We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

It must have all original tags, labels, and security seals still attached.

It must be in its original packaging (including dust bags, shoe boxes, and designer boxes where applicable).

You will need to provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include intimate apparel (such as swimwear and lingerie), bodysuits, earrings, pierced jewelry, and items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps carefully:

Contact our customer support team via email at support@vogushop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please attach clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our customer support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and mail it back to the designated address provided by our support team.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) return shipments.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to personal preferences (e.g., item does not fit, you changed your mind, style did not meet expectations), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Vogushop Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect item, defective product, or damaged package), Vogushop will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your package. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (such as credit card, PayPal, or Stripe) within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need a direct exchange for the exact same item in a different size or color due to a fulfillment error, please contact us at support@vogushop.com.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
8. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after purchase. We can cancel and fully refund your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is handed over to the logistics carrier and shipped out, it cannot be canceled, and you must proceed with the standard return process after the package arrives.
